MassArbCon was first started by Sofia Wadler and Michael Kind in 2021. As mass action was still a novel concept, there were no professional settings dedicated to the topic. Sofia and Michael set out to create a comprehensive summit where attorneys could gather to discuss strategies and trends concerning mass actions. 

Their idea was to bring together experts involved in different aspects of mass actions to enable attorneys to learn about the intricacies of mass actions — from client intake to management, negotiation and administration. While mass actions continue to rapidly evolve, so has the conference, growing from a 30-person gathering in a law office into a premiere 100-person conference hosted twice a year.

While the community of mass action practitioners has grown, this conference remains an inclusive community. We welcome all attorneys, regardless of experience, to join us for open discussions with real-world takeaways. From round table discussion and panels to memorable networking experiences, this conference caters to attorneys looking to evolve their practice and knowledge.
